The Borderlands

Producer Jen Handorf is riding high a moment, and with good reason. The Borderlands is a funny and gripping thriller that reinvigorates the found-footage genre. I met Jen at the Mayhem Film Festival last October, and I knew that she would be great person to interview for Digital Film Maker Magazine. Her approach shows true independent film-making spirit and a genuine love of the horror genre. You can read my interview with Jen Handorf in this month's Digital Film Maker Magazine, available throughout the UK at WH Smiths, or direct from the publisher

Space Monsters 3

Space Monsters 3 is out now and it's a good 'un. The brainchild of editor, Richard Gladman, Space Monsters, just to make the point obvious, is designed to celebrate monsters from outer space (or with a definite sci-fi slant!) Hence, issue 3 focuses on Frankenstein on film, with a strong Hammer contingent.
