Space Monsters 3

Space Monsters 3 is out now and it's a good 'un. The brainchild of editor, Richard Gladman, Space Monsters, just to make the point obvious, is designed to celebrate monsters from outer space (or with a definite sci-fi slant!) Hence, issue 3 focuses on Frankenstein on film, with a strong Hammer contingent.

Digital Film Maker Magazine Issue 12

In this month's issue of Digital Film Maker Magazine, I talk to Robert Nevitt, director and programmer of Sheffield's Celluloid Screams. Now in its fifth year, and going from strength to strength, Rob talks us through the festival's history, from how he set it up initially as a one-off special event, to his building it as a major annual UK horror fest.

I had the pleasure of attending this year's Celluloid Screams and had a blast. You can read about my adventures here.

Rotting never felt this good! So says the publicity for Monster Pictures’ Thantomorphose, the feature debut of French-Canadian director Èric Falardeau.
